Job Summary
- Responsible for the design, launch, and implementation of both strategic and tactical products interventions and initiatives to deliver on T2 Mobile’s customer and revenue objectives.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of T2 Mobile’s consumer products and services portfolio in alignment with the organization’s market objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and manage T2-Mobile’s product marketing strategy to achieve customer and revenue targets
- Design and implement the market segmentation strategy for T2-mobile with continued adaptations to evolving market dynamics
- Ensure successful configuration, testing and launch of approved products within the stipulated time frame
- Post launch evaluation and in-life management of existing products portfolio
- Ensure the periodic testing of live products to ensure that the attributes are not altered without proper approvals
- Ensure that launched products are profitable and do not expose the business to leakages and/or fraud
- Regularly evaluate Market and Competitive benchmarks to inform/fine-tune T2-Mobile’s product strategy roadmap
- Conduct periodic research and VOC surveys to proactively identify customer needs, as well as changing consumption dynamics
- Work with the Usage and Retention team to rollout and monitor appropriate baby care programmes for new customers
- Work with the Usage and Retention team to design and implement a robust CVM framework to minimise customer inactivity and to mitigate churn
- Ensure regulatory compliance across T2-Mobile’s entire products and services portfolio
- Liaison with other commercial units for targeted initiatives (such as events and experiential activities) to attract and retain valuable customers
- Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships/partnerships with major mobile applications service providers (MASPs) to ensure a robust VAS & digital services portfolio for T2-mobile
- Work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
Education and Experience
- First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Eight (8) to Ten (10) years’ work experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to identify trends, draw valid conclusions, make insightful recommendations and create dynamic presentations.
