Operate the sales van to drive sales performance and deliver agreed business objectives, ensuring brilliant execution of sales and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Key Accountabilities
Achieve direct load-out and redistribution of stock from distributors/warehouses to retail outlets within assigned routes.
Ensure effective and comprehensive coverage of retail outlets across assigned routes.
Establish, maintain, and continually expand the retail outlet base by recruiting new outlets daily.
Deliver assigned sales targets (SKU, territory, and value) through effective market penetration and customer relationship management.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Introduce new and existing products to customers and drive incremental sales.
Prepare and submit accurate DRAR daily sales reports to the ASM.
Support dealer network expansion and secondary sales performance.
Ensure optimal van utilization, fuel management, and operational cost control.
Qualifications
ND/NCE in any discipline
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with clear KPI achievements
