Job Description
Omni Channel is looking for an experienced phone support and sales lead agent who combines the best of customer service, and direct phone sales closing experience.
You will be handling a wide range of customer support and sales responsibilities.
Here are a few examples of what you will be working on;
- Answer inbound calls to assist with customer service and sales related questions.
- Offer products and close sales to earn big bonuses.
- Help students find information about the products and services that they have purchased.
- Assist with inbound email support.
- Conduct follow up retention calls.
- Contact warm leads via phone and identify their needs, recommend products, and offer services that may help them.
- Conduct new users onboarding calls (welcome them to our product and community).
- Review and provide feedback for a team of web chat and email support members.
- Monitor team members individual performance and progress, ensuring that they understand and implement change based on feedback from Support and Sales Manager.
- Assist Support and Sales Manager for various tasks based upon needs of the business.
The perfect candidate for this role should be energetic, friendly, confident and self motivated.
