Job Summary
- The Human Resources (HR) Executive will provide comprehensive support across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration.
- The role ensures smooth HR operations and alignment of HR practices with the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Ensure proper documentation and personnel file management.
- Coordinate exit interviews and clearance processes for outgoing employees.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help promote a positive workplace culture and employee welfare programs.
Performance Management:
Learning & Development Support:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate training programs, attendance, and feedback.
- Track development plans for employees.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Provide payroll input (attendance, leave, deductions).
- Liaise with HMO providers, pension managers, and other service providers.
- Support employee benefits administration.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 4–6 years experience in an HR generalist or HR officer/executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; familiarity with HRIS is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
