Job Summary

• The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.


• The role requires strongcommunication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.


• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.


• Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate system or process.


• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.


• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.


• Communicate customer orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.


• Ensure correct meal delivery to the right tables.


• Assist in packaging take-away orders where necessary.


• Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate when required.


• Clean and reset tables quickly for incoming guests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• SSCE / OND qualification preferred.


• Previous experience as a Server or Customer Service staff is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good understanding of food and beverage service procedures.


• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain courteous at all times.


• Neat appearance, good grooming, and a positive attitude.


• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours

Working Hours:

• Shift-based schedule depending on restaurant operations.


• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to the Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Restaurant Manager.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N60,000 / Month.


• Additional benefits may include staff meals and overtime compensation.
