Responsibilities

• Must have solar experience: Understand Lithium batteries and inverters, solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, including design, installation, and operation.


• Team leadership:Guide, motivate, and build high-performing teams, coordinating their efforts efficiently.


• Organizational & Time Management: The solar engineer manager will juggle multiple responsibilities, from schedules and inventory to facility maintenance.


• Excellent organization and the ability to prioritize tasks are crucial for keeping the office running smoothly.


• Driving sales growth and expanding market presence.


• Electrical and mechanical fundamentals: Possess a solid grasp of electrical circuits, energy storage, and the mechanics of support structures.


• Must have experience in aftersales issues.
