Job Summary

• As the Key Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating internal teams to deliver projects accurately and on time.


• You will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and smooth project execution


• Manage client SLAs, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks


• Coordinate with internal design, content, strategy, and media teams to meet client expectations


• Resolve client concerns quickly and maintain high satisfaction levels


• Document client feedback and support continuous service improvement

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field


• 2 - 4 years' experience as an account officer/manager in a digital marketing agency


•  Strong client management, communication, and multitasking abilities


• Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
