Job Description
- We are seeking for young, proactive and passionate individuals to join our Establishment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales perfomance, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of orthopedic implants and surgical solutions withing the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Jibam Meditech’s range of orthopedic implants and related surgical products
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management
- Provide product presentations, clinical support and in theartre assistance during surgical procedures.
- Conduct regular market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Submit timely reports,forecasts and customer feedback to management.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated,goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively withing assigned territories.
