This is a contractual remote role in Abuja for a Facilitator, with expertise in Strategic Management. The Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful lectures, developing course materials, and designing assessments for students in the strategic management discipline. Additionally, the Facilitator will provide guidance to students, contribute to research initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the university's academic offerings and programs.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in Strategic Management concepts, business strategy, and organizational analysis
Experience in creating and delivering course content and assessments
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to forum engagement and live sessions (tracked via LMS logs).
Respond, react, or follow up on at least 85% of initial discussion posts, tagging students by name.
Grade all discussion contributions weekly based on relevance, critical thinking, collaboration, and effort.
Post at least three thought-provoking interactions per week, such as real-world scenarios or problems for learners to solve collaboratively.
