Job Summary
- We are recruiting on behalf of our client (a strong retailer of fast-moving consumer goods with 4 branches in strategic communities in Lagos State), an HR Generalist with a good customer services/customer facing background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG)
Responsibilities
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment
- Reward and recognition
- Administration of the Performance Management process
- Management of the Learning and Development process
- Employee Relations Management
- Employee Records Management and Exit Management
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required
- BSc/HND or its equivalent
- A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc) is an advantage
- Good customer services/customer facing background in the FMCG Industry
- 2 years’ work experience as an HR generalist
- Ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
- Good understanding of the retail business
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very organised and a good planner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, discrete and credible
- Good coach and good stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
- Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.
Salary and benefits
N300,000.00 (gross) per month + Annual Leave Allowance + HMO (self and dependant)
