Responsible for the execution of the HR strategy and objectives by supporting HRBP in executing the mandate of delivering efficient, accurate and timely professional HR service.
Provide counsel to employees on HR Policy, process and procedures to ensure that employees consistently act within the guidelines
Adhere to HR policy, process, procedures and SLAs to contribute to the deliver of consistent and compliant HR Services Support the HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, separations) to enable the delivery of an employee centric, efficient HR service
Support the successful deployment of HR initiates within the allocated business in line with the HR and the business strategy to contribute to the attainment of the HR strategic objectives
Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
