Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert, personalized skincare and cosmetic consultations to our exclusive clientele


• Build and nurture lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers


• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across multiple luxury beauty brands


• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining service excellence


• Conduct product demonstrations, skincare analyses, and beauty tutorials


• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional in-store experience


• Stay current on beauty trends, ingredient innovations, and product launches


• Support exclusive client events and VIP shopping experiences

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty consultation, or high-end hospitality


• Genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and the beauty industry


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


• Professional appearance and demeanor befitting a luxury brand environment


• Proven ability to build rapport with affluent clients


• Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach


• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays


• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field (preferred)
