Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers
- Help customers find the products they need and offer alternatives if necessary
- Share product knowledge and upsell when possible
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Keep shelves well-arranged and restock as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
- Record sales, customer requests, and feedback
- Support the store manager and work as part of a team
- Assist in inventory checks and expiry monitoring
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC;
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Must live close to Ring Road or be able to get to work daily without delay
- Good communication skills in English and Yoruba
- Honest, polite, and neat in appearance
- Willing to learn and follow company policies
- You have at least 0-2 years of work experience
