This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Manager, located in Nigeria.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair activities for equipment and facilities in Oilserv’s operations.
Key responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, analyzing equipment performance, and coordinating with teams to address maintenance needs.
The role involves improving operational efficiency, managing staff, and monitoring budgets while ensuring minimal downtime in critical operations.
Qualifications
Technical skills including knowledge in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
Project management skills in planning, organizing, and executing maintenance strategies
Understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality control processes
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Experience in Oil & Gas or similar heavy industries is preferred
Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Ability to work on-site in diverse terrains such as land, swamp, and offshore
