Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Manager, located in Nigeria.


• The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair activities for equipment and facilities in Oilserv’s operations.


• Key responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, analyzing equipment performance, and coordinating with teams to address maintenance needs.


• The role involves improving operational efficiency, managing staff, and monitoring budgets while ensuring minimal downtime in critical operations.

Qualifications

• Technical skills including knowledge in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting


• Project management skills in planning, organizing, and executing maintenance strategies


• Understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality control processes


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities


• Experience in Oil & Gas or similar heavy industries is preferred


• Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)


• Ability to work on-site in diverse terrains such as land, swamp, and offshore


• ISO or OHSAS certification knowledge is a plus
