Job Description




  • The Montessori / Early Years Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons that foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in children.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood pedagogy, with the ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan and deliver Montessori-inspired lessons that support cognitive, social, and emotional development.

  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.

  • Observe and assess children’s progress, tailoring instruction to individual needs.

  • Develop age-appropriate learning materials and activities.

  • Promote positive behavior management and emotional well-being.

  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child’s growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of student development and achievements.

  • Integrate play-based and experiential learning into daily routines.

  • Stay updated on early childhood education trends and Montessori practices.



Educational Qualification & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or related field 1–3 years teaching experience in Montessori or Early Years settings.

  • Montessori certification/diploma from a recognized training institute.

  • Proven track record of fostering holistic child development.

  • Experience with inclusive education and diverse learning needs is an advantage.



Essential Skills:




  • Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy and early years curriculum.

  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning.

  • Patience and empathy to support diverse learners.

  • Classroom management expertise with emphasis on positive reinforcement.

  • Ability to foster independence and self-motivation in young learners.
