Key Accountabilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

  • Comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously as well as part of a team

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

  • Knowledge of HR systems

  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company



Duties: 




  • Own and manage the recruitment processes

  • Own the resume application screening process 

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

  • Give feedback to candidates following interviews

  • Update internal databases with new employee information as required by the company

  • Conduct inductions/onboarding of new employees

  • Manage/Monitor/report  on employee time sheets filling compliance, 

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed

  • Manage employees records updates



REQUIREMENTS:




  • Graduate with proven track record 3 + years experience successfully working in an HR department.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a social sciences discipline

  • Proficiency in English

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
