Responsibilities




  • Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients

  • Promote and sell investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, etc.)

  • Provide tailored financial advice based on client needs and risk profiles

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Stay updated on financial markets, products, and competitor offerings

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies

  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records (including KYC)

  • Collaborate with internal teams for product and strategy alignment

  • Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources

  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential



Requirements




  • Candidates must possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of lower credit/second class lower from accredited institutions.

  • Effective communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment

  • Highly focused on quality and attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals

  • Strong networking skills

  • Motivation for sales and ability to convert individual and corporates to customers

  • Must have a strong understanding of the financial market.
