About the Role




  • We are expanding our commercial footprint and seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and lead sales execution across key territories.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the assigned territory.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage field sales representatives to deliver outstanding market coverage.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

  • Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and visibility in all sales outlets.

  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales or territory management (foam/household products experience is an added advantage).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.

  • Must reside within or be familiar with the preferred location.
