We are expanding our commercial footprint and seeking high-performing Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and lead sales execution across key territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the assigned territory.
Lead, motivate, and manage field sales representatives to deliver outstanding market coverage.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and visibility in all sales outlets.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales or territory management (foam/household products experience is an added advantage).
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Must reside within or be familiar with the preferred location.
