Job Description
Objective / Purpose
- The production supervisor must have experience managing machine operators and helping them fulfil the requirements, such as increasing productivity and manufacturing quality Product. As Per Quality Policy.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Allocation of machine operators effectively on machine, supervising frequently all over machine working hours.
- Follow the machine output monitoring and solve the machine line problems such as processing and molds related if it’s not in control to take prime responsible to inform Production Executive
- Responsible to control the mold change over time and planning change over time as instructed by Productive Executive
- Make ensure the quality of product as per the QA during mold change and monitoring during machine running time.
- Ensure all machine operator following the PPE During working hours
- Responsible to monitoring the machine cycle time as per the machine calibration report which is taken by daily.
- Responsible to maintain the machine productivity .and to be take the necessary action to reduce the rejection.
- Responsible for maintain 5S and housekeeping of shop floor.

Requirements
- Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree with 1 - 2 years experience in any plastics manufacturing company.
- Professional membership and certification in relevant and recognised institutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with Production Executive.
- Excellent manufacturing skills, and handle the pressure in a positive manner.
- Experience working with colleagues and associates locally.
- Passionate, energetic and maintain a positive attitude.
- Working Knowledge of Manufacturing process.
Work Cycle (Hours / Days):
- Monday - Sunday (7.00AM - 7.00PM).
- Monday - Sunday (7.00PM - 7.00AM)
- Off days: One day weekly.
