Description




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Officer responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting client HR engagements, and coordinating HR and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the organisation.

  • The role will also supervise downlines on HR and administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with the firm's service standards.



Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Internal & Client-Facing):




  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house roles and client briefs—from sourcing to selection, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions and levels.

  • Support recruitment strategy development for client projects, including job profiling, advertising, screening, and shortlisting.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and evaluation documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment records, databases, and dashboards.



HR Operations & Administration:




  • Manage day-to-day HR administration including employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, leave management, and compliance.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and updates as directed by leadership.

  • Conduct HR reporting, including recruitment status, employee movement, attendance summaries, and HR metrics.

  • Ensure organized filing and documentation systems (digital and hardcopy) for all HR and administrative records.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and compliance with organizational standards.



Client HR Support & Engagement:




  • Contribute to HR consulting deliverables such as HR audits, performance management systems, competency frameworks, and policy development.

  • Provide back-end support for client HR engagements, data gathering, document preparation, and meeting coordination.

  • Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and HR reviews as required.

  • Draft HR reports, recruitment reports, and candidate summaries for client



Supervision & Team Coordination:




  • Supervise HR Assistants, interns, or junior administrative staff involved in HR-related tasks.

  • Assign and review tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Provide mentorship and capacity-building for downlines on HR standards, documentation, and client-facing deliverables.

  • Foster teamwork and ensure adherence to work ethics, processes, and quality expectations.



Training & Development Support:




  • Support the coordination of internal and client training programs—logistics, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and evaluation.

  • Assist in the creation of basic training documentation, slides, and HR learning tools as required.

  • Work with the team to ensure training aligns with client needs and Cadsync’s behaviour-modification framework.



Employee Relations & Culture Support:




  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture building, and performance alignment.

  • Assist in handling staff queries, conflict resolution processes, and disciplinary documentation where needed.

  • Promote a positive and professional work environment.



Continuous Improvement & HR Systems Development:




  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, recruitment efficiency, and documentation systems.

  • Support the adoption and use of HR tools, templates, and software for better workflow and reporting.

  • Ensure HR practices align with industry standards and Cadsync’s operational excellence model



Qualifications




  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 – 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting firm or multi-project environment. Experience with recruitment is mandatory.

  • Experience supervising junior staff is an added advantage.



Skills:




  • Strong recruitment and talent sourcing capability.

  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and HR administration skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labour practices, and compliance.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 / month
