About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team.


• The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data from various internal and external sources.


• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management decision-making.


• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategy and operational improvements.


• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems.


• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.


• Manage and optimize databases and analytic tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.


• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.


• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data modelling, data mining, and predictive analytics.


• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting frameworks.
