About the Role




  • Are you a driven and enterprising professional looking to build a rewarding career in the financial services industry?

  • Our fast-growing Finance company is seeking qualified and passionate Business Development Managers to join our expanding team.

  • Successful candidates will undergo an intensive three-month onboarding and leadership training program at our Head Office in Lagos, after which they will be deployed to branches nationwide to drive Business Development, and ensure strong branch performance.



Training & Deployment:




  • The training program will take place at the Lagos Head Office for a duration of three (3) months max.

  • Upon successful completion, candidates will be deployed to branches across Nigeria based on operational needs.

  • Applicants may indicate up to three (3) preferred states or regions for deployment in their applications.

  • However, the organization reserves the right to assign successful candidates to any branch location requiring a Business Development Manager.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in any discipline.

  • 2 - 5 years banking experience in a Commercial bank or Finance company.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

  • Smart, Proactive in nature and results-driven orientated.

  • Readiness to challenge and work in any part of Nigeria.

  • Must have residential place in Lagos for the initial 3-month training period.
