Recruit Distributors to the company
Strategic planning towards the growth of the business
Monitor and ensure price compliance by all distributors and wholesale customers.
Develop part of the south-south market
Achieve brand visibility and demand in the major cosmetics market in south south regions
Monitor and ensure fast sales of the distributors stock with the sales team for faster turnover for DBs
Manage sales and supplies in south south regions.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
