Key Responsibilities

• Manage full audit cycle and develop risk-based annual plans


• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results to the Board


• Act as an objective advisor to EXCO on risk and cost savings


• Coordinate the audit team to ensure high ethical and quality standards


• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related (ACA/ACCA/ICAN)


• 10+ years audit experience, 3+ in top management


• Strong analytical, investigative, and financial acumen


• Skilled in stakeholder negotiation and change management


• Excellent communication and report writing skills
