Room cleaning:Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning and sanitizing washrooms and all fixtures.
Make beds:Change linens and make beds according to hotel standards.
Restocking:Replenish guest amenities like toiletries and towels.
Public area maintenance:Keep common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms clean and tidy.
Guest interaction:Professionally and warmly assist guests with requests, address concerns, and maintain their privacy and respect their belongings.
Maintenance reporting:Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Safety and security:Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate with 2 - 3 years experience.
