Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative with a strong background in the paint industry to join our team on-site. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our paint products to customers, providing technical support and training, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the paint industry


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base


• Strong knowledge of paint products, applications, and industry trends


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


• Ability to travel extensively within Nigeria


• Experience with paint production company is a must

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint industry


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors


• Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors


• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
