About the Role

• As a Pharmacy Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.


• Your role is to provide outstanding customer service, support the pharmacy team, and help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable assistance


• Recommend suitable over-the-counter products


• Operate the till and handle customer transactions accurately


• Restock shelves and monitor product expiry dates


• Assist with receiving and displaying stock


• Maintain a clean and orderly sales area


• Support the pharmacist with basic administrative tasks


• Adhere to pharmacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.
