Job Summary

• The Fiber Project Manager will oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to industry standards.


• The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong design and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise fiber network projects (FTTH, FTTB, Backbone, Metro).


• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.


• Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports, project documentation, and as-built designs.


• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget compliance.


• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.


• Ensure materials utilization and asset accountability.


• Use digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.


• Resolve technical issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.


• 3–5 years experience in fiber projects.


• Not more than 40 years old.


• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, transmission, and OSP/ISP design.


• Excellent project coordination and reporting skills.


• Proficiency with GIS tools, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other relevant software.


• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
