Description




  • Ocean Lord Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Keeper to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of proven experience in store management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Ensure store operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.



Requirements




  • Must be a graduate with an accounting background.

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.

  • Must know how to use ERP, Excel, Msword, and have relevant computer knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
