Job Summary




  • The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

  • The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and timely support.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

  • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.



Requirements




  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve targets.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented.

  • Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills.
