As a Market Expansion Executive, you will:




  • Expand Market Presence: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new markets, sectors, and partnerships.

  • Drive Activation: Lead field activation, onboarding campaigns, and ecosystem awareness across key communities.

  • Build Relationships: Engage schools, cooperatives, SMEs, institutions, and community groups to drive adoption.

  • Conduct Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and expansion opportunities.

  • Strengthen Pipeline: Develop and manage high-value leads that contribute to both B2B and B2C growth.

  • Support Sales Delivery: Work closely with the sales, product, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue goals.

  • Represent the Brand: Attend events, make presentations, and drive visibility for the organization within assigned territories.



Who We’re Looking For




  • Proven Performer: 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, field activation, or market expansion.

  • Industry Fit: Experience in fintech, telco, FMCG field sales, edtech, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.

  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting targets and driving meaningful engagements.

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Market-Smart: Deep understanding of Lagos or Abuja markets and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and deliver under pressure.
