This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a FX Sales Manager.
The FX Sales Manager will build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, drive sales of foreign exchange products, manage client portfolios, and provide market analysis and recommendations.
They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Providing excellent customer service and staying updated with market trends to identify new opportunities are also integral parts of the role.
Qualifications
B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in any relevant field.
Must have completed NYSC.
Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (e.g., Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
