Role Description




  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Lekki.

  • The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and operations of building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality.

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, planning and executing maintenance schedules, and liaising with vendors.

  • The role will require proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment.



Qualifications




  • Strong facilities management experience, including knowledge of building maintenance and operational systems

  • Project management and budget management skills

  • Proficiency in safety standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities

  • Problem-solving capability and the ability to work under pressure

  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Previous experience in a similar role in real estate or property development industries is highly desirable
