This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager based in Lekki.
The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and operations of building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, planning and executing maintenance schedules, and liaising with vendors.
The role will require proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
Strong facilities management experience, including knowledge of building maintenance and operational systems
Project management and budget management skills
Proficiency in safety standards, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Problem-solving capability and the ability to work under pressure
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role in real estate or property development industries is highly desirable
