About the Role
- KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly strategic, revenue- and growth-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with extensive experience in driving top-line growth, scaling revenue operations, and leading go-to-market strategies.
- The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, preferably with senior leadership experience in high-revenue companies or startups generating $5 million+ annually, with a proven track record of building revenue pipelines, scaling teams, and securing high-value partnerships.
- This role is responsible for defining and executing revenue strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships, while ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive growth across multiple revenue streams, including B2B, B2C, enterprise, and partnerships.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure and optimize revenue performance.
Sales & Business Development Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale sales, business development, and partnership teams.
- Identify and secure high-value clients, strategic accounts, and global partnerships.
- Develop sales processes, compensation models, and incentive structures to maximize performance.
Marketing & Go-to-Market:
- Collaborate with marketing to develop demand generation, lead nurturing, and market penetration strategies.
- Oversee pricing, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales funnels and campaign ROI.
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and high-value collaborations.
- Leverage network to create new revenue opportunities and expansion avenues.
- Act as primary executive representative in high-level negotiations.
Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Implement scalable processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and data-driven decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles (VP of Sales, Head of Revenue, CRO).
- Experience in high-revenue companies ($5M+ annual revenue) or fast-scaling startups.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations, securing enterprise deals, and driving measurable growth.
- Deep experience in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics Tech, or technology-driven sectors.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Must pass rigorous background and reference checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, Executive Education, or certifications in Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Experience with global or remote teams and international market expansion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and modern revenue technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
