About the Role

• KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly experienced, visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, architecture, and product development.


• The ideal candidate has 15+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth or high-revenue technology companies ($5M+ annual revenue).


• This role is responsible for driving technology vision, delivering scalable and secure solutions, and leading engineering and product teams.


• The CTO will ensure KloudOpp’s technology aligns with business goals, supports global expansion, and drives competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap.


• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities.


• Advise the executive team on emerging technologies, innovation, and strategic investments.

Product & Engineering Management:

• Lead all engineering, product development, and technical operations.


• Implement best practices in software development, DevOps, and QA.


• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Architecture & Infrastructure:

• Design and oversee cloud-native, microservices, and modern monolithic architectures.


• Drive adoption of advanced technology stacks (.NET, Java, Python, NodeJS, etc.).


• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data governance, and system resilience.

Innovation & R&D

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.


• Lead research and development initiatives aligned with business strategy.


• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:

• Build, mentor, and scale engineering, DevOps, and product teams.


• Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and career development programs.


• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business teams.

Global & Strategic Collaboration:

• Collaborate with investors, partners, and stakeholders on technical due diligence.


• Provide technical leadership during strategic partnerships, fundraising, and product launches.


• Represent KloudOpp at tech conferences, summits, and thought leadership platforms.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience, including senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology).


• Experience in companies generating $5M+ annual revenue or fast-growing scale-ups.


• Deep expertise in cloud-native systems, microservices, SaaS, security, DevOps, and advanced software architecture.


• Hands-on experience with .NET, .NET Core, Java, Python, NodeJS, or equivalent tech stacks.


• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and deliver complex technical projects.


• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Must pass rigorous background and reference checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics Tech, or enterprise technology.


• Familiarity with AI/ML, blockchain, or emerging tech applications.


• Experience with remote or globally distributed teams.


• Proven track record of successful product launches, scaling systems, and technology innovation.
