Job Description
Purpose
- Provide comprehensive, confidential, and high-level administrative and executive support to the GMD, enabling efficient management of professional and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling:
- Manage daily/weekly schedules; coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure seamless calendar updates and high attendance punctuality.
Communications Management:
- Screen and prioritize emails and calls; draft/proof communications professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate message relaying.
Travel & Logistics:
- Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation; prepare travel itineraries.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare agendas and documents; attend to take minutes and follow up action items.
Confidential Administration:
- Maintain confidential files and records securely and retrieve them efficiently.
Relationship Management:
- Act as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders; maintain professional interface.
Ad hoc Personal Support:
- Handle errands, personal bookings, and household-related tasks as needed.
