Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market positioning.

  • Manage brand identity across all online channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.

  • Oversee content development (social media, advertising, digital campaigns, product listings).

  • Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.

  • Ensure all brand communications align with the company’s vision and customer expectations.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the E-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, online consumer behavior, and social media trends.

  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Proficiency in market research, brand analytics tools, and data interpretation.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
