About the Role




  • We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Hardware Engineer to join our team.

  • This position is ideal for a young, motivated individual in their early 20s who has a passion for computer hardware, enjoys solving technical problems, and is eager to grow in a professional environment.

  • You will play an important role in supporting our daily operations, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality system builds and hardware services.

  • A one-month paid training program will be provided to help you gain confidence, practical skills, and a solid understanding of our workflow and standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Build and assemble custom computer systems according to specifications.

  • Diagnose and fix basic hardware issues for walk-in customers.

  • Attend to customers professionally, answer inquiries, and guide them through purchase decisions.

  • Recommend suitable products, components, and upgrades based on customer needs.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.

  • Support daily inventory checks and assist with preparing orders.



Requirements




  • Must reside in Abuja.

  • Male candidate in early 20s is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of PC components and system building.

  • Good communication and customer service skills (Hausa language is an added advantage, but not compulsory).

  • Willingness to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.

  • Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
