Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a growing real estate and construction company in Abuja, is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our team.
We need someone who already understands how real estate works… the client expectations, the follow-up rhythm, the sensitivity around property documentation and payments.
Someone who knows how to keep clients engaged, informed and genuinely satisfied.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns and follow-ups.
Guide clients through the sales and documentation process.
Maintain accurate and updated client records and payment tracking.
Ensure timely communication on project updates, inspections and milestones.
Strengthen long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and retention.
Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales activities.
Convert Leads to sales.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years experience, with strong, proven experience in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of client management, sales support and after-sales processes.
Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without losing structure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Calm, professional and solutions-oriented personality.
Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Prepare weekly and monthly client service reports for management.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
