Core Responsibilities:



Market Analysis and Growth:




  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive dynamics in Nigeria.

  • Drive market expansion by increasing Bosch's market share and brand recognition.

  • Identify and secure new customers while exploring untapped markets and opportunities.



Sales and Business Development:




  • Manage sales for Bosch's industrial boiler solutions, focusing on steam and hot water systems.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by executing strategic plans and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.



Product Management and Customer Support:




  • Lead the introduction of new products or services in the market.

  • Develop after-sales opportunities, including maintenance contracts and customer training programmes.

  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient customer support and high satisfaction levels.



Operations and Compliance:




  • Ensure all activities align with Bosch's internal standards and regional regulations.

  • Manage customer receivables and open payables to maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide detailed monthly reports to the Regional Business Director.



Marketing and Representation:




  • Support the execution of regional marketing plans.

  • Represent Bosch at key industry events to promote solutions and enhance visibility.



Qualifications



Essential Qualifications:




  • Education: First degree in an Engineering-related field. An MBA is considered a significant advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the boiler or machinery industry.



The ideal candidate will possess:




  • In-depth knowledge of industrial boiler systems, particularly steam and hot water applications.

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the industrial sector.

  • Strong analytical skills for market research and strategic planning.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities for engaging with key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management and product lifecycle processes.

  • Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
