Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a growing real estate and construction firm in Abuja, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations.
We need someone who has actually worked within the real estate space, someone who understands how the industry moves, the pace, the pressure and the kind of coordination it demands.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative activities across departments.
Implement and improve internal processes, policies and workflow systems.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate office logistics, documentation, records and correspondence.
Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and compliance.
Ensure smooth communication between management, staff and external partners.
Manage facility operations, supplies and vendor relationships.
Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
Maintain a well-structured and efficient work environment.
Key Requirements
B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in the real estate sector.
Strong administrative and operational management experience.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
Strong understanding of real estate processes, documentation and workflow.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.
Ability to manage staff performance, coordinate teams and maintain structure.
High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
