Experience: Must have good sales experience in the Plastics Industry.



Key Responsibilities



  Prospecting & Lead Generation:




  •    Identify and research potential customers in a designated territory, using cold-calling, networking, and industry events to generate new leads.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Proven experience in B2B sales or as a sales representative, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.



Client Meetings & Presentations:




  •    Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the features and benefits of plastic products, and present tailored solutions. 



Sales & Negotiation:




  • Develop and execute sales strategies, present proposals and quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and close sales to achieve individual and team sales targets. 



Account Management:




  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. 



Market Awareness:




  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities. 



Reporting:




  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and sales performance in a CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to management. 



Collaboration:




  • Work with internal departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless product delivery. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. 

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. 

  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. 

  • Knowledge of the plastics industry, including different types of plastic and their applications, is a significant advantage.
