Job Description
Job Purpose:
- The Mechanic Workshop Supervisor will manage, plan, control, and organize the planned preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance on all the MTCC plant, fleet, and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.
- This role involves monitoring the performance of mechanical plant and machinery, ensuring remedial work is undertaken to prevent failure/loss of the plant and equipment, and the production of job sheets and allocating the work daily to the Mechanical Technicians, monitoring progress, and inspecting completed work to ensure the required standards are achieved

Job Knowledge, Work Experience, and Qualifications
- Degree – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Should possess Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, problem-solving Solving and Conflict Resolution skills.
- Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft packages.
