• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Land Acquisition to lead and manage all land sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition activities for our organisation.


• The ideal candidate will drive expansion goals, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure all acquisitions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead land sourcing, feasibility assessments, and due diligence.


• Manage negotiations with landowners, agents, and community stakeholders.


• Oversee documentation, legal processes, and regulatory approvals.


• Develop acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.


• Provide leadership and guidance to the acquisition team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or related field.


• Minimum 7 years’ experience in land acquisition or real estate.


• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.


• Deep understanding of Abuja land laws and regulatory processes.
