Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for the hospital and its services across the region.
- Create marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the hospital brand and increase community awareness across the region.
- Maintaining relationships with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters to inform the public
- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns: This includes planning, executing, and managing various marketing initiatives, such as online ads, email marketing, social media campaigns, and in-store promotions.
- Analyzing campaign performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with other teams to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends: Researching new marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices to stay competitive.
- Managing marketing budgets and resources: Ensuringthat marketing spend is allocated effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Understanding of market trends, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
