Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative direction for all hospital departments.


• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality healthcare delivery and optimal patient satisfaction.


• Develop, review, and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives.


• Maintain full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.


• Manage budgets, financial planning, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.


• Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and administrative teams to promote efficiency and accountability.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across all units.


• Strengthen administrative processes, workflow systems, documentation, and reporting structures.


• Coordinate effectively with clinical and nonclinical units to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Represent the hospital in stakeholder engagements, regulatory meetings, and external partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).


• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.


• Strong leadership, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.


• Demonstrated experience in hospital operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.


• Ability to make datadriven decisions, manage multiple priorities, and oversee administrative systems.


• High level of professionalism, integrity, and problemsolving ability.
