JOB-DESCRIPTION




  • This full-time position is open to graduates interested in pursuing a career in sales and marketing in auto-mobile and service Industry.



RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Managers inline with sets targets

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.



REQUIREMENTS




  • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years experience.

  • Candidates should be outspoken and proficient at writing, speaking, and reading in English Language.

  • Embody excellent negotiation and persuasive skill

  • Be willing to learn and put it into practice

  • Be creative, result-oriented, problem-solver.

  • Be open to working in a culturally-diverse environment;

  • Be interested in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.

  • Candidates that have knowledge of auto parts accessories and trucks would be given preference



SALARY



Very attractive in comparison with Industry standard. Apart from basic Salary the position attracts commission and other bonuses
