- nd-to-end project preparation, from concept development to bankable feasibility stages.
- Oversee technical, commercial, financial, legal, and ESG assessments for priority infrastructure projects.
- Build and review financial models to assess project viability, structure financing solutions, and support investment decisions.
- Conduct risk assessments, due diligence, and bankability analyses to strengthen project structure and investor readiness.
- Engage with government MDAs, sponsors, and development partners to align project objectives and drive preparation progress.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and investment materials for management, partners, and co-financiers.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones while ensuring compliance with DFI standards and internal policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree (MSc or MBA) or professional certification such as CFA,
- ACCA, PMP, FRM, or PPP certification is an added advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of solid experience in project finance, PPPs, infrastructure advisory, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Proven track record in feasibility studies, financial modelling, and project preparation for infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with DFIs, PPP units, MDBs, or development partners is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple complex mandates.
