About the job

• The Visa & Travel Consultant will handle client consultations, provide expert advice on visa and relocation services, and ensure successful preparation of client applications. The role is sales-driven and requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals and promote Zirotrip packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client consultations on travel, study, work, and relocation visas.


• Assess client eligibility and advise on requirements and processes.


• Prepare and review visa application documents and submissions.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and travel guidelines.


• Promote Zirotrip services and close sales.


• Follow up with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.


• Assist the Branch Manager with operations, reporting, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in International Relations, Business, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel/visa consultancy or sales.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong persuasion and sales ability with proven track record.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.


• Proficiency in Zoho workplace/Google Workspace.
