Job Description
The Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our presence in Kano. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing solutions that align with Itel Energy’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, distributors, and key accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel within the territory, and manage multiple accounts.
